Mentorship & Clinical Supervision
I offer individual and group mentorship and board-approved clinical supervision for Minnesota LICSW and LADC professionals. While I enjoy working with clinicians at every stage of their careers, I have a special passion for supporting those early in practice as they develop their clinical voice and navigate the realities of this work.
Together, we'll strengthen your clinical judgment, refine your approach, and help you practice in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values.
Pricing
Individual (60 min): $100
Group (60 min): $75 per person

Emerging Clinician Rate: $75
For clinicians within their first 5 years of licensure

Consultation
Clinical work and leadership are full of moments that don't have clear answers. Whether you're an established clinician, a new supervisor, or a seasoned leader looking for a trusted thought partner, consultation offers a space to navigate complex cases, ethical dilemmas, supervision challenges, team dynamics, and leadership decisions.
I also partner with organizations to support clinical teams during times of transition, workplace trauma, or loss. My work includes reflective team building, creating or strengthening initiatives such as DEI committees and contingency management programs, and supporting other efforts that foster healthier, more connected workplaces.
Together, we'll navigate difficult conversations, cultivate a healthy team culture, and move forward with intention.

Pricing
Standard Training Rate: $150 per training hour
Training length is tailored to your organization's needs, whether that's a one-hour lunch-and-learn, a full-day workshop, or a series of shorter sessions. Pricing reflects delivery time, with additional fees quoted as needed for extensive customization, curriculum development, travel, or consultation.
8-Hour Co-Occurring Disorders Training
Complete training package for $1,000, a discounted rate that includes all eight hours of instruction and preparation time. The training can be delivered as a full day, two half days, or divided into shorter sessions to best fit your team's schedule.

Payments can be made via check, Venmo, or Zelle. Invoices will be issued for all services, and payment is expected in accordance with your signed agreement.
